Under 18’s Policy

No information is collected from guests under 18 years of age or used for the purposes of marketing or promotional use either inside or outside the YMCA National Centre     Lakeside without the express permission of their parents and/or guardians.
Although guests under 18 years of age are allowed to participate in contests and promotions through our ‘Day Camps Club’ no details or information about young people will be used. All notification and prizes are sent to the parents/guardians identified in the initial registration process and publication of ‘winners’ names are only published with the permission of the parents/guardians.

Termination

You may terminate these terms by destroying materials from this web site. This includes all documentation, all copies and any installations. All terms contained in this web site are effective until terminated by either party. If you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms the YMCA National Centre Lakeside terms will be terminated immediately and without notice whereupon you will be obliged to destroy all materials obtained from the YMCA National Centre Lakesides web site.
