Booths Assistant Store Managers

Overview

We worked with all the assistant store managers on an event that looked at very specific outcomes. Increased motivation, creative problem solving, building relationships, managing upwards and cross functionally. The team were also rewarded for the excellent years trading successes and looked at how they could become even more successful.
