Lakeside Professional Development is a leading provider of innovative, experiential training. We design and deliver programmes to achieve the learning outcomes you require for both the individual and the organisation. Our experiential training adds real value by stimulating the attitudinal and behavioural change essential to actually improve performance.
Based on the south western shores of Lake Windermere, we work with a variety of private, public and not-for-profit organisations and business leaders from different business sectors. We design solutions based on the specific outcomes desired by each group.
Our facilities at the YMCA National Centre are unique. We have one of the largest facilities in the country and our core mission has always been to help people build a future. We work with schools, youth and corporate groups from all over Europe in helping them achieve their learning and development objectives through outdoor activity.
These objectives range from a 'fun' getaway for staff to in depth development goals linked with leadership, communication and improving confidence.

Room With a View
Please call or email us for more details regarding our fantastic "Room with a View" offer. Utilise our conference facilities to hold your management meeting. Then have some lunch, either a 3 course meal or buffet. Finally take some time out to have some fun and experience a variety of the fantastic activities we have at the Centre. This will give you a real taste of Lakeside and all that we have to offer.
