PRE EVENT TRAINING CAMPS- We can organise and run all your pre-event training camps.

CREW ACCESS- We can provide access for your crew 1 week in advance and after the event, we can also provide extra man power if needed and accommodation if they need to stay.

ACCOMMODATION- We have 267 beds available on site, 176 fixed based tented accommodation, 500 pitches available festival style camping/ camper vans. We can provide details of local places to stay, based on experience all bookings enquiries are best coming through Lakeside and we liaise with other hotels YHA’s and book people in. We can manage this whole process and it feeds into park and ride.

SPECTATORS- Spectators we assume will be here on the day and may travel and want accommodation. The responsibility of securing that will be theirs. Our definition of a spectator is someone who is not attached to a competitor. All competitors' guests and families will take priority booking.

PARKING- We have 4 different parking areas on-site. We will manage through marshals before the race parking.

PARK AND RIDE- We have a park and ride system in place to manage the flow of people form different locations into Lakeside.

PRE-EVENT PASTA PARTY- We can arrange a pre- event pasta party on the Friday night. We have a number of marquees we can set up and we can we use South Camp Dining Room. We also have outdoor furniture and heating as it can be chilly in the evening.
